Vacation Home Guest Information

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE is provided once per week.  Additional cleanings and/or supplies can be requested for a nominal fee. 

 

Your vacation home has been stocked with equipment and supplies sufficient for 8 people (maximum occupancy), please report any discrepancies to the office by 10:00 am the morning after check-in.

 

ALL HOUSES ARE NON-SMOKING

 

Charges may apply for smoking, missing or damaged property and/or misuse of the unit requiring additional cleaning and/or causing an unreasonable disturbance to other resort guests.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM

Before departure please do the following:

 

KITCHEN: Load and Start the dishwasher.

 

GARBAGE: Please empty all garbage containers and dispose in the garbage bin located by the south service centre; Place garbage in bags provided, extra bags are located in the bottom of the garbage container and/or under kitchen sink (including large black bags).

Please do not leave garbage outside of your unit as it will attract unwanted and potentially dangerous wildlife.

BARBECUES are provided at each unit. For safety reasons, please do not move the barbecue.  Propane refills can be requested at the front desk until 4:00 pm daily.  Refill charges may apply for use of propane tank with personal appliances.

GROCERIES can be purchased nearby from Radium Mountainside Market or the Petro Canada gas station or in Invermere at the No Frills, Sobeys or AG Foods.

 

LAUNDRY – 2 detergents and 1 softener sheet are complimentary.  Extra laundry soap and softener sheets may be purchased at the front desk.   

 

LOST AND FOUND - Please make sure to take all your personal belongings with you. Any items found after your departure will be returned to you upon request and at your expense.  Lost and found items are held for 90 days.

 

FIREPLACE - On/Off control is from the thermostat located on a wall near the fireplace.  Do not turn off the pilot light or adjust the gas control at the unit.  Please call the front desk for assistance if needed.
