- Safety Plan -

The Management & Staff appreciate the trust you have placed on us to provide you with a safe and healthy environment. We have and will continue to update our procedures to adhere with our provincial authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure this standard is kept. Certain elements of the resort will be different, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Around the Resort

  • Respect a physical distance of 2m or 6ft between family groups always.

  • Sanitizing stations are set up in all areas for use.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tub

  • The outdoor pool is Closed for the Season. 

  • Life jackets, water wings & goggles only are allowed.

  • No toys are permitted.

  • Guests are asked to sanitize their hands before entering and practice safe hygiene while in the building, including but not limited to:

  • After using the washroom

  • While using the changing area

Exercise Room

  • Users are asked to sanitize before entering and re-entering.

  • All equipment must be sanitized after every use with the solutions provided.

  • Social distancing recommendations are encouraged while in the room.

The Gym is open 9:00 am-9:00 pm.

Our Commitment to Guests

  • We are frequently cleaning high touch areas within the main building; all keys and equipment is sanitized after every use.

  • We complete a full clean of each unit after each guest has departed using EPA-approved cleaning products.

  • Staff has been provided with the proper PPE and sanitizing solutions to keep both guests and staff safe.

  • We are continuously monitoring the regulations and recommendations set forth by the WHO, CDC and PHO and making the necessary changes.

Guest Awareness

We are asking our guests to:

  • Review all PHO and municipal orders before they arrive.

  • Be respectful of others and keep a safe distance of 2 meters.

  • If you have become ill and have recently visited us, please contact the office as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate measures.

  • If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of illness (fever, chills, trouble breathing, excessive fatigue, coughing or sore throat) please postpone your visit until you are feeling better.
