1 week leases can be acquired in both Vacation Homes and RV Sites, providing owners with the exclusive right to the use their calendar week every year until expiry in 2085.  Annual maintenance fees apply.

Rent your unused week(s) through the RidgeView rental pool in years when you are unable to use your week.

SEASONAL RV SITES

Park your RV unit and stay all season long through a seasonal rental arrangement (May-October).  Winter storage is available at extra cost for seasonal renters.
